PMA has gained a wealth of experience from years of practice in the area of
multiple-unit housing. Our portfolio of housing/ commercial projects ranges
from institutional accommodation to grouped holiday home projects. We have
worked successfully with both private and public sector clients, and
continue to develop our skills in this area.
In addition to conventional housing we have several 'Gîte' projects
underway. Amongst these the Abell project at Gémozac is an interesting
example of how best to insert contemporary style residential accommodation
in a traditional French long-barn. This project is due for completion in
September 2006. And also at present we have a Residential Foyer for 20
school children under the care of the 'Maison de Montfort' at Surgères.
